Easily Deleting Your xPal Account on both Android and iOS Devices 2023

If you’re no longer interested in using xPal secure messenger and want to delete your account, the process is straightforward and similar on both Android and iOS devices. Just follow these simple steps:

• Open the xPal app on your device.
• Tap on the “Settings” option in the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Tap on your profile picture at the top of the screen.
• Select the “Delete Account” option.
• You will be asked to confirm your decision to delete your xPal account. Tap “Delete” to proceed.
• Enter your xPal verification PIN to verify your identity.

After you have completed these steps, your xPal account will be deleted permanently from the app and you will no longer be able to access any of your messages or information.

IMPORTANT – Deleting your account is irreversible so be absolutely certain you want to delete your xPal account before proceeding.
The xPal account can only be deleted from within the app itself.
In order to make any changes to your xPal account, the app needs to be actively running on your phone. If your phone is not registered to the account, you cannot make any changes to it. To access the options available for your xID, you need to register it first.
